Are you successfully planning to win?  During the COVID19 Quarantine it is good for businesses to utilize this time to revisit their business value proposition.  A value proposition is the why a client would do business with your business.  It is a time to expand your clientele reach, by utilizing this time to innovate.  What is your competitive advantage?  Competitive advantage is a condition or circumstance that puts a company in a favorable or superior business position.  It should convince a potential customer why your service or product will be of more value to them than similar offerings from your competition.
